Cadi Connect · for cleaning businesses
The contract went to a company that doesn’t clean as well as you do.
You didn’t lose it on quality. Nobody could tell the difference, so they went with the bigger name, the way they always have.
Cadi Connect is us changing that.

How it works now
How commercial work actually gets bought
- 1
A facilities company wins a contract covering half a county and subcontracts most of it. A managing agent needs a cleaner for twelve blocks. A business with sites across the region wants one supplier it can trust at each of them.
- 2
Somebody ends up doing that work. It might as well be you.
- 3
But they’ve never heard of you, they can’t check whether you’re any good, and the last thing they want is to explain why they took a chance on a small firm. So they go with a name they recognise, or whoever’s already on their list.
You’re already competing with these companies. You just can’t see the competition, and they can’t see you.
What Connect is
The bench they buy from.
Cadi Connect is where facilities companies, managing agents and multi-site businesses go to find cleaning businesses.
It isn’t:
- a directory you pay to be listed in
- a lead site that sells your details to four people at once
It’s a bench of businesses whose record can actually be checked: what they run, what they’ve delivered, whether their compliance is current and whether they turn up.
When work that fits what you do comes up in your area, you’ll see it.

It’s free on every plan, including the free one. Being found for commercial work shouldn’t depend on what you pay us.
Invited by a facilities company?
You’re in the right place.
If a company you already subcontract for has asked you to join, Connect is how they’ll send you work, check your compliance and approve your visits from now on.
It costs you nothing, now or later. What you get is more than their portal. It’s Cadi itself, running your whole business: your customers, your schedule, your money and your paperwork. They see the work they’ve given you and nothing else.
And the record you build with them counts everywhere else on Connect too.
How you get on it
You don’t apply. You just run your business properly.
There’s no pitch, no tender document and no waiting for somebody to take a chance on you.
Your Cadi Score is built from what actually happens in your business, not from what you say about it. It starts low. Everyone’s does.
Running your business well nudges it up. Inside Cadi you can see what’s holding yours back and what would lift it, so it’s never a mystery why you’re where you are.
Keep running well and Cadi will tell you when you’re ready. You don’t have to be ready today.
It starts low. Everyone’s does.
Getting your paperwork straight
The stuff you’d otherwise dig out of an email folder every time somebody asks.
Public and employers’ liability. DBS, basic and enhanced. Companies House. ICO registration. Health and safety policy. Method statements and RAMS.
Upload each one once. Cadi dates them and warns you before they lapse.
This is where most small businesses fall down, and it’s rarely because they haven’t got the cover. It’s because it takes a week to pull the pack together, and by then the work’s gone to someone whose pack was ready.

What the work looks like
Once you’re in.
- You see the work: what it is, where it is and how often.
- You take it on.
- You check in on site when you arrive, and the visit records the time and the place.
- You do the job and send the evidence, with photos and notes attached to that visit.
- It gets approved and you invoice. Approval releases the invoice, so you’re not chasing somebody’s memory of whether you turned up.
Every job done well goes on your record, and your record is what gets you the next one.
What they can see about you
Your record. Not your books.
They see
Your business details, your compliance documents, your score and the work they’ve given you.
They don’t see
Your other customers, your prices, your invoices, your bank statements, your staff or your reports. None of it. That’s yours.
It works the same way back. You see the work they’ve given you, not their other suppliers or what they pay them.
That’s deliberate. A marketplace where the buyer can see everybody’s margin becomes a race to the bottom, and the good businesses leave first.
What can’t be faked
Including by you.
A bench is only worth something if nobody can talk their way onto it.
You can’t type your way to a good score and you can’t buy one. And if you win work off the back of it and then let somebody down, that shows too.
We’re strict about this on purpose. Small businesses have never got into the room because nobody could tell the good ones from the rest, so buyers defaulted to size. Every business that games a bench like this puts it straight back to how it was.
It’s not there to catch you out. It’s there so that being on it means something.
Where it’s up to
The honest answer.
Live · new
Connect is live, and it’s new.
Facilities companies are onboarding now, and there’ll be more work on it in three months than there is today. We’d rather you heard that from us than found it out.
What that means for you: get set up now, get your compliance loaded and get your score moving. When work comes up in your area, you’ll already be on the bench instead of joining it that week.
It costs you nothing to be ready.
Start free.
Cadi Lite is free. You get thirty customers, your schedule, your invoicing, and a full walk through your last six months on the day you join.
Connect is included, on Lite and on every plan above it.
